hey everybody this is Andre from the ambitious me this is our first video recording on YouTube on the Internet making it happen finally this is something I’ve wanted to do for a while and finally getting around to it because if you don’t do the things in life that you want to do well you’re never going to do them and you’re gonna hate yourself because you didn’t do the things you thought you wanted to do so this channel is gonna be about a lot of things and potentially a lot of heavy subjects that a lot of people don’t talk about and I’ve had a really interesting journey in my own life especially the past few years and it’s something that I want to share and help other people along their own journey so I wrote down some notes about kind of some general topics we’ll be talking about in this channel and I’m just gonna read them out to you we’re gonna talk about meditation about personal growth self development happiness why fulfillment how I think that’s a really important one that it’s hard to find a good answer for how to do the things that you want to do or how to change the way you want to change and I love trying to figure out how and I love teaching people how we’re going to talk about being yourself about working out about diet about letting go about negative and positive energy about releasing and healing family growing up business patterns ambition of course we’re going to talk about the words me myself and I and what those mean to me and what I hope I could make you understand that they they mean we’re gonna talk about Jordan Peterson and some of his talks self-esteem confidence emotions logic responsibility personality habits we’re going to talk about music and the conscious and the subconscious mind we’re gonna talk about relationships and we’re going to talk about everyone’s life journey this is not a Knick it’s a long list but it is not an exhaustive one life is complicated and very complex there’s a lot of moving parts and no two people’s lives are the same and it’s been an interesting ride to figure out what I’ve figured out about life so far and it’s something that I want to start sharing with the world and put it up there so follow alongI guess hit that like or subscribe button however it works and we’ll make this happen so check the links in the description for anything that anything new that might be coming up as I update those and welcome to the channel the ambitious me here we go
